Postfix with SASL

======================================================

Running an open SMTP was never an intention. So how do
you enable your SMTP to allow yourself to send mails if
your ISP deny their relay.

With RFC 2222, Simple Authentication and Security Layer
(SASL) was introduced. This touches onimplementing an
authentication support over the existing protocols.
(I won't explain further about this as readingthe RFC
will touch on the details)

With my existing Postfix installation of SMTP for my mail
exchange, I have chosen to use CMU's implementation
of  Cyrus SASL Library.
